Since the surprise attack of Hamas on October 7, 2023, the Israeli army has continued to attack the Palestinian territories, during which more than 11,000 people have died and more than 50% of the buildings in Gaza have been reduced to rubble. Organized actions against Muslims of Gaza (Palistine) such as massacre is being carried out by Zionist Israelies under the umberella of America. In fact, and Muslims of Gaza are victim of genocide international crime. Genocide was announced international crime in the UN Genocide Convention in 1948. International crime of Genocide is taking place in Gaza. Unfortunately, No practical attempt is being made by international community to prevent the Israel`s violations of International law of genocide. Therefore, the situation of the Gaza Muslims is getting worse day by day. This study explores that why Israel violating international laws of human rights and what is role of international community to stop genocide in Gaza? In fact, America and other western powers are supporting Israeli Prime Minister Natenyahu to kill Paletinian people. No doubt, Zionist army of Israel is openly violating the human rights of Gaza Muslims under the umbrella. Whereas the Muslim world and OIC seem powerless to stop it.The main objective of the research study to provide an analysis of ongoing Palestanian Muslims genocide by Israel in Gaza and international role.

The story of Moosa (A.S) and Khazir (A.S), also known as Musa and Khizr in Islamic tradition, is a significant tale mentioned in the Quran. It revolves around the encounter between the prophet Musa (Moses) and the mysterious figure, Khazir (Khidr). In the story, Moosa (A.S) is recognized as a prophet, and he seeks to learn from someone who possesses more knowledge of divine mysteries than he does. Allah directs him to Khazir (A.S), a wise and knowledgeable man. Moosa (A.S) humbly requests to accompany Khazir (A.S) to gain wisdom from him. Throughout their journey together, Khazir performs actions that initially seem strange and unjust. He sinks a boat, kills a young boy, and repairs a wall in a town that didn't welcome them. Moosa (A.S) is puzzled and questions Khazir’s (A.S) actions, as they appear to be cruel and irrational. However, each action has hidden wisdom and serves a greater purpose, known only to Khazir (A.S), who is divinely guided by Allah. These acts teach Moosa (A.S) important lessons about faith, patience, and the divine wisdom behind seemingly unfavorable events. The story of Moosa (A.S) and Khazir (A.S) highlights the idea that divine wisdom often surpasses human understanding, and there is much to learn from individuals who possess deeper insights into spiritual matters. It emphasizes the importance of humility and trust in Allah's wisdom, even when things may appear perplexing to us.
Consultation (Shura) is one of the most essential aspects of human nature, and Allah, the Almighty, has commanded it, as He said: وَشَاوِرْهُمْ فِى الاَمْرِ "And consult them in the matter" . The nation is involved in this matter, and Allah, the Almighty, has included it among the qualities of the believers, stating: وَالَّذِينَ اسْتَجَابُوا لِرَبِّهِمْ وَاَقَامُوا الصَّلاَةَ وَاَمْرُهُمْ شُورَي بَيْنَهُمْ وَمِمَّا رَزَقْنَاهُمْ يُنفِقُونَ "And those who have responded to their Lord and established prayer, and their affairs are [settled] by mutual consultation, and from what We have provided them, they spend”.

The principle of consultation, our call to it, and the practice of the believers originate from the Book of Allah and the Sunnah of His Prophet. I wished to write a brief article on this important topic, which humanity needs in all aspects of their lives. I attempted to address this subject in the light of the Holy Quran and the Prophetic tradition when necessary, hoping for the satisfaction of Allah Almighty and that those who read it may benefit.

Qira'at is a science among the sciences of the Holy Quran that investigates the pronunciation of the words of Allah and their variations among the accredited reciters. It is derived from the legal basis indicated by the authentic hadiths of the Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him. Qira'at reflects the diversity of the Arabic language and the vast mercy of Allah in facilitating recitation for Muslims.

Qira'at encompasses language, assimilation, gathering, recitation, pronunciation, and understanding. These meanings are found in language dictionaries, grammar books, and morphology texts. The Quran is named as such because it gathers and compiles its chapters. The term is used in the Quran to mean recitation, pronunciation, and understanding, as seen in verses such as وَرَتِّلِ الْقُرْآنَ تَرْتِيلًا "And recite the Quran with measured recitation" and وَإِذَا قُرِئَ الْقُرْآنُ فَاسْتَمِعُوا لَهُ وَأَنْصِتُوا لَعَلَّكُمْ تُرْحَمُونَ "And when the Quran is recited, then listen to it and pay attention that you may receive mercy, and أَفَلَا يَتَدَبَّرُونَ الْقُرْآنَ أَمْ عَلَى قُلُوبٍ أَقْفَالُهَا Then do they not reflect upon the Quran, or are there locks upon [their] hearts.

Qira'at, as a term, refers to the method followed by an imam among the imams of recitation in pronouncing the Quran, with consensus in narrations and methods, whether the deviation is in the pronunciation of letters or in the pronunciation of their forms. It is a science that teaches how to perform the words of the Quran and their variations with a continuous chain of transmission and hearing.
Muhammad Asad (Leopold Weiss) was born in the city of Lwów, eastern Galicia, on July 2, 1900.His birth was during the era of the Austrian Empire, which straddled Europe. There is no doubt that the vast area of the Austrian Empire, and its distinctive location on part of the Danube River, made it a meeting place for the religions, languages, and cultures of many peoples who inhabited that region and its surroundings. This imperial climate had an impact on the formation of Muhammad Asad’s cultural, intellectual, and linguistic background, as he mastered many languages, such as: German and Polish.Perhaps Muhammad Asad's (Leopold Weiss) openness to cultures and his deep understanding of the Jewish and Christian religions were a product of that environment in which he lived.Sheikh Muhammad Asad is a unique example of a diligent Islamic preacher who devoted his life to calling people to Islam, and made his mission in life upholding the word of truth and empowering Islam in the hearts of his followers before his lands and homelands. Higher education is important at all levels of economic growth for various industries. Higher education boosts worker productivity, improves skills, and advances technology. Similarly, higher education is critical to a country's social and political stability. Tertiary education also contributes significantly to the enhancement of the country's level of living. The study is to investigate the contribution of higher education to Pakistan's per capita GDP. This study uses data from 1980 to 2022 and employs ARDL approaches to estimate coefficients, co-integration techniques to examine long co-integration among variables, and ECM to examine adjustment speed. Because the results of unit-root testing are mixed, ARDL approaches are more suited for data approximation. LFP, GKF, GE and territory education have long-term positive effects on economic development eventually. However, Government-spending (GE) has a positive influence on per capita income, while the rest of rest of variables have no effect on GDP in the near run. The study also discovered a long-run link between the variables, with a 52% pace of adjustment. As a result, this study shows that higher-education (later HE) has a favorable impact on Pakistan's economic-development. Due to a lack of data, this study is confined to HE as a whole and does not address the composition of HE. Therefore, the government should prioritize HE to boost Pakistan's economic development.
Dr Shabana Noreen Mr. Nasir Khan Farah Noreen Copyright (c) 2023 Peshawar Islamicus https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 2023-09-17 2023-09-17 14 02 1 12 Plastic Surgery from Islamic and Conventional Perspective: A Study of Pakistan DOI:10.5281/zenodo.10439327 https://ojs.uopisl.pk/index.php/peshawarislamicus/article/view/135
This is the era where people are continuously informed about cosmetic surgeries and beauty procedures from social media.
