The Evidence of Expert Opinion in Criminal Proof: An Investigative Review in the Light of Islamic Law

In the present era, the means and resources that have been invented to check and verify the authenticity and authenticity of the events have been used in the context of the opinion of the experts. As a result, there has been a huge increase in the number of convictions, such as post-mortem, fingerprints, footprints, hair analysis, video and audio chemical examination of images and sound recordings. X-ray DNA test, identification of writings, copying of documents through Photostat etc. Their effective role in proving crime is not possible without any expert. And the opinion of the expert in the relevant field is based on these verses.
Therefore, not every person or people working in law enforcement agencies are aware of them and the opinion of experts in this regard is sought. In cases where there is a lack of witnesses and evidence, experts in the field of crime give opinions on the basis of evidence and signs, and are usually judged on the basis of Islamic law. Opinion: Is the presence of such evidence a proof of guilt? What are the views of the jurists in this regard? It is necessary to review the opinion of the experts in the context of Islamic law in sections 2 and 3 of the law of martyrdom.
