Abstract

The gist of this article is that it has been reviewed by Imam Fazil Miqdad bin Abdullah Suyuri, a trusted scholar of Shia sect and Jafaria jurisprudence, and his commentary on Kanz al-Irfan. The stages of his birth, education, his teachers and students are mentioned, and the place of his death and the date of his death are also determined after a brief commentary on the writings of Fazil Miqdad Suyuri.

After this, the style and features of Tafsir-e-Kanz-ul-Irfan in Fiqh-ul-Quran compiled by Fazil Miqdad suyuri have been reviewed. Maktab al-Murtadhawiyyah from Tehran 1384 with the research of Respected Professor Murtaza Madrasi has been printed in high quality and beautiful printing. Thirdly, this commentary is written in the style of jurisprudential chapters. Fifthly, there are two cases at the beginning of this book. Sixthly, a total of seventeen (17) topics have been discussed in this commentary. Where the jurisprudential ruling differs from the recitation, the superlatives also mention all the recitations. The tenth characteristic is that the commentator, being a Shia, explains the rules in the light of the teachings of the Shia sect. Believe and deduce the rulings from it.
