All the four school of thought use precautionary principle in Islamic jurisprudence. So it shows that it is acceptable to all of them. Now the question is that when Hanfi school of thought has used it in Ṭaharath chapter, then why other jurists did not go to it in the same jurisprudence matters. So this paper describes its application in Ṭaharath chapter according to hanfi school of thought and it also searches other school of thought opinions in these matters with mentioning their arguments against it. So this will help the contemporary scholars in searching for the solutions of the contemporary matters. It also shows that there are some matters are described in that time acting upon on it, because it was suitable in that time for these matters but now the condition of these matters has changed with the passage of time. Therefore, it renews them. So this will also help the contemporary scholars to use it in contemporary jurisprudence matters.
