Sufism is an essential part of the Islamic heritage, as it is concerned with achieving the position of educating the soul and the heart. So for the servant, mysticism is a cure for his heart and psychological ailments, until he tastes the meaning of heart and spiritual serenity, and thus reaches the highest levels of closeness to God.
The roots of Sufism in the land of Sindh are very old and deep, and the region of Sindh may be called the Sufi region, and this region was a center for many sheikhs, and many sheikhs came to it from different Islamic world. One of the sons of Sheikh Abd al-Qadir al-Jilani came to Sindh.
The scholars of Sindh have also made efforts in the service of Sufism in Sindh. Among the most prominent of these scholars was the scholar Sheikh Muhammad Hayat Al-Sindi, who presented and excelled with great efforts in the service of Sufism, as he made great scientific efforts.
