Abstract

The article entitled: Direction of love in the poetry of Al Shabee ,a symbol and an Idiomatic is about the poetry of Al-Shabee .Abu-al-Qasim Al –Shabee (Tunsian Arabic Poet) was an appreciated and well known poet in all over the Arabian World. He was born 1909 and died in 1934.He suffered from heart problem since birth. His poetry is best collection of Arabic Poetry. His poetry was influenced by western romantic poetry as well as Arab romantic poetry of Al mahjir. Particularly, he was influenced by Al Mahjir poets like as al-Amin al-Rehani and Jabran Khalil Jabran. He wrote on nature, love, nationalistic and revolutionary poetry .He uses terms and other rhetoric illusions to elaborate his dreams. First of all the article express the brief introduction of the life of this great Tunisian poet .After this the article defined term symbolically and idiomatically with examples from pre Islamic Arabic poetry. We have described various types of term like as religious, Sufee, and historical terms and style and method of Al-Shabee in his poetry.
