Abstract

The global movement for promoting the culture of Lesbians, Gays, Bisexual, and Transgender  (LGBT) n rights institutions in this regard is very pessimistic and deplorable because such unnatural and inhumane sexual relationship is against the socio-cultural values, moral ethos, and religious practices of various communities in the world especially that of Muslims. All such concepts are unfamiliar with the Islamic principles. Islam guarantees fundamental rights of every individual in the society without any discrimination and distinction. This paper is composed of: (a) Brief evaluation of international legal instruments pertaining to LGBT; and (b) Islamic teachings regarding family, sexual relationship in a society, some basic rights of Khuthᾱ (hermaphrodite).
