Abstract

This article is focused on the jurisprudence of Hadith according to Imam Badr ud Din al-Aini, in regard to science of the causes of occurrence of hadith in his book “Umdat al-Qari Sharh Sahih al-Imam al-Bukhari”

Imam Al-Aini is one of the prominent scholars in tracing the narrations and extracting rules from the hadith of the Prophet ^@, In his explanation and commentary of Sahih ul-Bukhari, he tried to come up with narration ways of hadith, find out what is exact reason for the occurrence of the hadiths of the Prophet ^@, which is of course useful in the validity of deducing rules and extracting judgment.

This article also studied and evaluated, the approach of Imam Al-Aini, discused the contents of the book and critically analyzed it according to scientific Hadith standards, more specifically in finding the reasons and causes of occurrence of Hadith, for extracting Jurisprudence, meanings and judgment.
