Jurisprudence Hanfi Gradient Evolution and its Characteristics

Fiqaha–i-Islami has been started in the 1st century (Hijri). A lot of work has been done over it until now. In the history of Islam, some schools of thoughts (Masalik) got reputation with the passage of time and the absence of research these (Masalik) became extinct. But some of these masalik, still exist. Imam Abu Abdullah Jafar Sadiq (765/148), Imam Abu Hanifa Nauman Bin Sabith (767/150) Imam-e-Malik Bin Anas (784/170), Imam–e-Shafie (819-203), Imam-e-Ahmad Bin Hamabal (855-241) and Imam Abu Sulaiman Daud Bin Ali Alzahiri (935/324) are some examples. The benefactor of Muslim Ummah is the follower of Hanafi School of Thought and possessed a vital position in this regard so, it becomes essential to consider the development i.e. the definition of Fiqah, topics. It is also important to discuss Fiqah during prophet (P.B.U.H) time, during the period of Sahabasؓ and Tabieenؒ. It is so essential to associate it (Fiqah) with the teachings and principles of Holy Quran. After it, to recognize those principles which are assigned to fiqah and which are proven from the Holy Book, from Sunnah, and from Ijmaah and Qiyas. Hence, to mention the well-known Sahabis, Disciplens, Muftis, and Interpreters of the three periods, is of equal importance. The founder of Hanafi school of thought “Imam-e-Aazam” and his thoughts.
